Concept and script

The first step corporate video and dvd production process is to arrange a preliminary meeting to discuss the basic requirements of your video. The target audience, objectives, budget, content and running time. We will then return to you with a creative concept and fixed budget for your approval. Once the creative concept has been agreed upon a draft script detailing all vision and sound will be developed. You then can make changes to this draft if necessary and tailor the script to meet your requirements, ready for shooting.

Lets shoot the video

Once the Script is finalised and approved, "pre-production" will be organised by the producer. This may include location surveys and casting for talent or presenter if required. Also a "call sheet" and "production schedule" will be developed to detail the video production requirements mapping out clearly the various stages to completion. The shooting can occur over a period of a day or several days depending on the requirements of the job. Editing

When all the required footage has been shot, a rough cut or "Offline" of the video will be assembled by the editor including titles, animated graphics, voiceover, and music as detailed in your approved script. This rough cut can then be approved by you and your associates, bearing in mind that all changes should be finalised at this "offline" stage. Once the rough cut has been approved the finishing touches including a stereo sound mix and creation of a Digital Master for distribution of copies will be completed.
